ppivip Terms and Conditions

1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between ppivip ("we", "us", "platform") and each individual who uses ppivip's services ("you", "user").

By using any of our services through the ppivip website, mobile platform, or other channels, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

Our terms and conditions are written in Bengali for users in Bangladesh. For any legal interpretation, this Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To create an account on ppivip, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be 21 years of age or older (21+).
• You may have only one account in your own name.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You must be a real individual — accounts in the name of corporate entities are not permitted.

2.2 KYC Verification

ppivip is a KYC (Know Your Customer) verified platform. After registration or before withdrawal, we may ask you to provide the following documents to verify your identity:

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of ownership of a mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).
• Proof of address if required.

If the required documents are not provided in time, the account may be temporarily restricted or suspended.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same individual or from devices within the same household is prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts may be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account or transferring your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds into ppivip:

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka). This limit applies equally to each method. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka).
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used to verify the account.
• If KYC verification has not been completed, the withdrawal process may be delayed.

4.3 Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

ppivip reserves the right to impose limits on any transaction, particularly if there is suspicion of money laundering or fraud. In such cases, the relevant authorities may be notified.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ppivip offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• ৳32,000 deposit → ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳47,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must complete wagering of 20 times (20x) the bonus amount. This means if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• A maximum bet limit may apply to bets placed using bonus funds.
• If the terms of any bonus offer are violated, the bonus and any related winnings may be cancelled.
• ppivip reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or fraud will result in all associated accounts being closed.

5.4 VIP Program

ppivip has three VIP tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP tier advancement depends on overall gaming activity. ppivip reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program without prior notice.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Terms

All games and betting activities on ppivip are conducted fairly. Each game has its own rules, which can be found on the relevant game page.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets on incomplete games due to technical issues may be cancelled and the staked amount will be refunded.
• ppivip reserves the right to cancel any bet in the event of accidentally displayed incorrect values or unexpected results.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

The following terms apply to cricket betting (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other tournaments) and other sports:

• If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to standard rules.
• In the case of a draw or tie result, specified rules will apply.
• Bets related to incidents of match fixing or corruption may be cancelled.

6.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are operated in real time. If the internet connection is lost, the result of the ongoing game will be settled normally and any winnings will be credited to the account.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ppivip platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or another person's identity.
• Placing artificial bets or transactions to gain bonus advantages (bonus abuse).
• Attempting to meet bonus requirements by transferring funds between accounts or with other users.
• Operating games or bets using software, bots, scripts, or automated methods.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to ppivip's systems.
• Using any technical manipulation to influence game outcomes.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 ppivip's Rights

ppivip reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Using the platform from a restricted region.
• At the direction of a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

9 Responsible Gaming
